Nina Arianda Chosen For Janis Joplin Biopic - Good Choice!

The Janis Joplin biopic is back on and the actress has been chosen.

Tony Award-winning actress Nina Arianda is set to take on the role of tragic singer Janis Joplin.

What a great choice!

Sean Durkin has the fast track on the film and he has snapped up the 2102 Tony winner as his leading lady. The low-budget film will focus on the singer’s last six months of life with possible feature flashbacks of earlier years.

She fits this part…I just hope she can or they can somehow blend that magical voice to the actress or else…it will just suck big time.
